Clean Sales Energy

Hi sweet friends, today I have a quick episode for you where I am going to share with you a concept that I never have before. It's similar to what I shared with you last week about the sales menu. But today I have another concept – it's called sales energy. It's going to blow your mind. I don't know if you've ever heard of this before, but I know it's going to shift the way that you manifest money into your business. Remember, sales is not the enemy and you deserve all of the happiness and abundance!

Hi sweet friends. Today I'm gonna share with you a concept that I never have before. It's similar to what I shared with you last week about the sales menu, right? I have another concept, it's called sales energy. It's gonna blow your mind. I don't know if you've ever heard of this before, <laugh>, but I think it's gonna shift the way that you manifest money into your business. Um, because, you know, sales is the bridge or the way that we, you know, we don't wanna sell, but we want money and we want clients. So sales is just that bridge, that little connecting peach. And it doesn't have to be the villain, right? Just like a way to feel good and strong and healthy in our bodies is exercise, right? Exercise the dreaded word exercise, right? But we don't have to villainize exercise. It's a beautiful tool that we can learn to love and fuel us towards having a really strong and healthy body, right?

If we find a way to do it in alignment in our way. Same thing with sales. And so I wanna talk about sales energy and share with you a conversation, a version of a conversation I had with one of my clients this week. That's really a conversation that I've had with so many of my clients over the past six years, and I think it'll really forever shift the way you feel when it comes to share selling in your business. And my goal is that if you feel different about selling, you're gonna do it more and therefore you're gonna make more money in your business. And that is my number one goal on this podcast, is to help you make more money in your business before you ever pay me a dime or a dollar or a penny. Um, yes, I would love to have you in my paid programs because that's where I feel like you're gonna get the most transformation and impact.

But even if you don't, I truly for women, my passion and desire is to help you manifest more abundance because it is your birthright. That is what you deserve. You deserve all of the happiness, all the abundance, and I really feel like, um, it's part of my mission on earth to help you with this. And so I hope you leave this episode feeling lighter and I hope that you take this as like a little mini master class. Um, okay, so I'm gonna go through the conversation and then I'm gonna kind of unpack it a little bit. If you haven't read my book Freedom Fund, I also talk about this idea of clean energy in there. So this is a version of what my client said, Anna, who am I to assume that this person I am selling to has problems that they need me to fix? This feels awkward. I feel bad also reaching out to pass clients. I don't wanna bug them again. Probably have worked with over 200 women on this exact topic. This is what I said back, and I want you to pretend like I'm saying this right to you. My love giving you so much credit for sharing this so we can sort through it. If you feel like it's

Intuitively not aligned to invite someone to work with you, for example, you don't want to work with them, right? I would follow that a hundred percent, but this is something different. If it's more care taking, aka I don't want them to feel bad, right? Then let's see if we can sort that, because I think it's such a useful skill in business to be able to invite someone to our paid work and then truly be unattached to their answer, knowing that they can say no. And you would a hundred percent respect that, right? It's not like you're saying sign up for my thing, or you'll never make it on your own. Literally, some coaches say that, right? You are not saying that you are on integrity. You are saying, Oh my goodness, I'm so excited about this thing. I cannot wait to share it with you.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
If you're interested, let me know. I would love to support you, but also zero pressure if it's not a fit, right? Have a great day. The inviting doesn't feel icky to people, it's the pressure or the attachment or the guilt. So it's seeing how we can hold it more lightly, right? And so that usually means inviting more people to our offers so we're not attached to any one person's answer and really sinking deep into who you are, my love. You are an amazing woman. You are of the highest integrity. You truly care about your clients. You truly show up for your clients after they pay you money, who you are and who you think you are might need some reconciliation because if I, if you saw you the way I saw you, I know you would be shouting your offer from the rooftops making way more sales, way more money, and most importantly, way more impact with your clients.
Speaker 2 (04:43):
I'm saying this because I love you and I believe in you, and I get that this is hard, but I also know that you can do it and it gets easier. That's what I said to my client, and I want you to replay this as many times as you need to to hear those words because it sounds conceptual. But this literally is what makes all of the selling in our business feel so hard. When you go to write a sales post, when you go to put a reel that has a call to action on it, when you go to do a Facebook Lives, what feels hard? We think it's like, Oh, I don't get the algorithm, or I don't get Instagram. No, that's never it. It's the drama that we make in our head about inviting people to our paid work. But in order to get to six figures and beyond in your business on part-time hours, this is a hundred percent the skill set you need to do, and the skill set becomes much easier when we feel an alignment with it. Okay? <laugh>. So what I want you to do, if selling is feeling off or icky coming from someone else, someone selling to you and you don't like it, stop villainizing selling and start villainizing their energy that they're doing with. Same thing with you. If you are selling in your business and it's feeling off or out of

Alignment, ask yourself what energy are you coming from? Are you coming from scarcity? Are you coming from fear? Are you coming from care taking? Are you being pushy? Right? Clean up your energy. And the selling in itself is beautiful. Selling is a gift. I now am obsessed with selling because I know the beauty that it brings selling has given me everything when it comes to the freedom and abundance. I enjoyed my business. It is the biggest gift. I wish I could kiss it <laugh>. And you will feel that way too once you realize the power of it and once you create an aligned relationship with it, right? But I get that that takes time. A great place to start for heart centered entrepreneurs when it comes to cleaning up your energy around sales is making sure we're not coming from care. Taking energy. You've heard me talk about this before, right?
Speaker 3 (06:45):
But we feel bad to sell, right? We feel like we're being pushy, right? Um, and I'm not advocating for being pushy, but what we categorize is pushy is wild, right? Like, I don't wanna send a sales email to my list, even though my list literally signed up to be there, even though my list can unsubscribe if they don't wanna be there, right? Like, I don't wanna send, um, an invite to my program to someone that's been like commenting on my content all week, right? I want you to like ask yourself what would be pushy? What would be weird? It would be weird if you signed people up for your list that didn't sign up themselves. It would be weird if you, you know, spammed someone with a DM and they're not even following you on Instagram or, you know what I mean? Like really get clear on what it is.
Speaker 3 (07:31):
And I think when we have that care taking energy and we assume that our audience are these like babies that cannot make a decision, right? Like it just of course is gonna feel weird, like we're having to tiptoe around people. Instead, it's safe for me to sell to people. It's safe for me to invite people to this offer that literally is gonna change their life. And it's also safe for them to say no, it's fine if they say no, it's fine if they pass, right? Think important point too here is making sure that you're really bought in and, um, sold on what you do and really aligned with your offer and your paid work, um, can be helpful. Okay? That's it. I'm gonna keep this one short and sweet because I want you to now journal and really ask yourself about what's the energy with which I'm selling.

How can I clean it up? Am I care taking I in scarcity, right? How can I sell from a place that feels good and abundant and aligned, Number one, because it's gonna make me more money. But number two, because guess what? From now until my business closes, which is gonna be never for me personally, right? But I was saying for you, right? You're always gonna be selling. And so you might as well find a way to get good at it, right? Like there are some things like, um, whether it's like bedtime with kids, right? Or like things in all of our lives that are challenging. And so why not find a way to make it feel really good and exciting and beautiful? Like for me, exercise. I have found bar and Pilates that I love and it's such a gift to find something I love that gives me the result I want, which is an in shape body, right?

Same thing with business. We know we have to sell. So we might as well find a way to feel good about it, excited about it because it's such a gift to us, right?
