How to Access Your Healthy Masculine Energy

Hi, friends! In this week's episode, we're talking about healthy masculine energy.

This is actually a follow-up to last week's episode because I feel like I left that part of the conversation a little bit undone.

I've been talking a little bit more about masculine and feminine energy lately (which doesn't have anything to do with what gender you do or don't identify with). For me, the reason why I've already dived into talking about leaning into the feminine is because I'm already really good at the masculine in my life.

For many of my clients, they don't have that base and I work with them to establish that. And I think that's one of the reasons why my clients love me as a coach β€” I'm able to be present, non-judgmental, powerful, focused, disciplined, etc.

Let's talk about it!
