How to Simplify & Sell Out (Kaitlin's Story)
I’m so excited for this week's episode because it is my first guest episode. Kaitlin Kirk is joining us and you're going to love what she has to say. Kaitlin is a CPA, brilliant business owner and after joining Sell with Heart Kaitlin raised her prices and signed 10 new clients, which fully booked her business and brought in her highest cash month ever in less than two months.
I love Kaitlin’s story because it shows that when you take the time to create a simple sales system and do a LOT of mindset work around sales and money, it is possible to expand your client base and cashflow quickly. Kaitlin has incredible work ethic, brilliant strategic mind, strong dedication to her clients (and team now that she hired two new team members, yay!) and one of the most honest and open hearts I have ever seen.
If you’re ready to start thinking differently about money and sales-- so that the time you spend in your business is brining you cash and more clients to serve listen to this episode.
PS: In the midst of this challenging time I’ve been asking myself what I can do to help? One of the #1 ways I support my clients is by helping them simplify their business and so that they can increase the flow of money without creating extra work. In this season simplified visibility and sales is needed more than ever-- in addition to providing free training in my group this week, I’m opening up my calendar for 7 free coaching sessions in the next week to my community.
So if you’re craving personal support as you reposition your free and paid work, I’d love to help you simplify your sales process so that you can produce income in your business even during a challenging time. If you want a space, just send me a DM on Instagram.
Discussed in episode #7:
How Kaitlin increased her rates, booked out her business, and hired two team members after taking my Sell with Heart.
How to use the experience you do have and translate that into being a small business owner.
Finding the bottlenecks in your current processes in order to improve them.
What you can do to learn to not be afraid of sales calls.
Using the needs of your ideal clients to create your core offerings.
Some of the top things Kaitlin is grateful for right now.
