This is My Liberation
Hi, my friends. Today's podcast episode is going to be a little different, but I think you're going to love it.
I want to read to you a poem that I wrote, or more like a little piece of reflection. I've been doing this a lot lately. Many of you know that Iβve been through a lot of transitions in the last few years. One of the things that I've shared about often on the podcast is my daily six check-in questions, which is kind of like my hack to journaling. I ask myself six short questions, but often one of those questions, which is "pour it out," turns into a brain dump.
So I want to share with you something that I wrote, and it's also a really fun prompt. After I share what I wrote, I want you to turn off this episode and I want you to write to this prompt: "This is my liberation."
What has your liberation looked like in the last few years? Claim and own what you've been through, what you've made it through.
