Four Steps to Overcome Your #HeartCenteredProblem

Next week I'm giving you a behind-the-scenes look at what's made my business so successful in the past four months. To prep for that, we're processing through your your biggest #heartcenteredproblems that are holding you back!  Ready to try it out? Here are four simple steps to get you started. Copy of Copy of Copy of Copy of Copy of SUNDAY

STEP 1 // GET IT OUT.

Keep it simple. The first step isn't to solve it, but to simply get it out of your head. Grab a pen and paper; and start writing. Here are some examples:

  • Not wanting to say no to people and things you need to
  • Not feeling qualified, wanting to fully "master" something before you help others with it
  • Trouble putting the price tag you know you deserve on your product/service
  • Trying to get everything perfect before you launch because you want it to be "excellent"
  • Not being visible for fear of being judged or misunderstood
  • Being visible and serving but not offering or selling
  • Trouble believing that it is possible to make a living online while not being scammy or sleezy

It's OKAY to have these problems, but as I confessed in my post... they can be just as damaging to our audience as the opposites we are avoiding; and we are responsible to move past them!

STEP 2 //  ACT AS IF

I'm passionate about getting you on the other side of this hurdle so you can continue impacting the people you serve without burning out along the way. Remember those "Choose Your Own Adventure" books? Write three things you might do on any given day in your business if had already overcome that #heartcenteredproblem. Then choose one to complete today.

STEP 3 // DREAM OF THE RESULTS

It’s time to do a  little dreaming and imagining. Sound impractical? It's not. Imagining this future reality in detail and actually believing it is possible is what helps us know how to get us there.  Brainstorm and journal, what is on the other side of your #heartcenteredproblem...

  1. What would it mean for your clients?
  2. What would it mean for you personally? (i.e. financial impact, stress-levels, emotional health, etc.)

STEP 4 // GET SUPPORT

Thus far in the process, I have asked you to do a lot of your own processing and action. Now I want you to loop in some support for this hurdle. Even though we love to give and serve, it is so important that we learn to and teach others to boldly receive. What type of support do you need next to overcome this #heartcentered problem? Accountability? Encouragement? Strategy? Reach out to a friend or mentor and be sure to articulate clearly how they can best support you in this season.Continue the discussion and get support in our vibrant community The Heart Centered Entrepreneur.
