The Freedom Fund™ Masterclass
Episode Summary:
Hi, hi my loves! On the release date of this episode, February 14th, 2023, my book – $20K Freedom Fund™: Build Your Bank from $0 to Fully Stable in 90 Days – was officially launched. I shared my journey to financial freedom and the writing of the book during the Freedom Fund™ Masterclass for my early reader club so I thought today would be the perfect time to share the replay of this call. Together on the call we did an exercise together as a group that will help you decide what to cut and not to cut as you save money as well as two action steps you can take today that will create a habit of saving for you. I hope this helps you cultivate a mindset that will make committing to your own Freedom Fund™ much easier.
After you listen, be sure to purchase the book – I’d love it if you could also leave a review directly on Amazon! This will help get the book in front of more heart-centered women just like you.
Topics Discussed:
Deciding why now might be the right time to go all in on building your Freedom Fund™ for the next 90 days
Knowing what your current priorities are so that you can make the right trade offs on the way to your goal
Giving yourself the permission to have luxury on the way to your bigger goal
How to decide the things that you can cut out on in order to save more money
Asking yourself what your long term financial goals are that will make your short term sacrifices worth it
The two most important action steps from the book that you can implement today

Speaker 2 (00:00:09):
Happy Wednesday. <Laugh>, for some of you, I know it's late at night for some of you guys. It's fairly in the morning. Feel free to turn your camera on if you are able to. And if you're not able to, that's okay too. But so excited to see your faces
Speaker 1 (00:00:25):
Is
Speaker 2 (00:00:29):
To kick us off before we get started, I have a little poll for you guys just so I can see where you guys are at. I've never done polls before <laugh>, so I kinda want an excuse to try one <laugh>. So let me know if the poll pops up for you guys, but I thought that just might be a fun activity as we're getting started.
Speaker 1 (00:00:49):
Welcome, welcome. Hi, Lori. Hi,
Speaker 2 (00:00:52):
Manly. Yes. Show your faces if you're able to, but as I say on all my coaching calls, like always permission to keep your camera off if you need to. It's okay if a cat crosses by a crying kid comes through.
Speaker 1 (00:01:05):
Hi Jenny.
Speaker 3 (00:01:07):
Hey Anna.
Speaker 2 (00:01:08):
Oh my goodness. So fun to see your
Speaker 3 (00:01:10):
Feature. That's where I'm at right now.
Speaker 2 (00:01:11):
Where are you at?
Speaker 3 (00:01:13):
I am at Simpson.
Speaker 2 (00:01:15):
Are you
Speaker 3 (00:01:16):
Really? I
Speaker 2 (00:01:17):
Am. It looks like an epic book situation. Well,
Speaker 3 (00:01:20):
This is my background, my virtual background, my zoom background, not my real one.
Speaker 2 (00:01:25):
I love it. Yes, I love it. Hi Vanita. Hi Susan. We'll get started. You guys know for me, if you've done a coaching call with me, I always get started at three minutes after the hour. I don't know why I made that up, but just feels like a little grace, but not too much, right? I put a poll for you guys, so if you guys wanna fill that out while you're waiting, that'll just help me know where you are at in the process. And you always know with me, like no judgment, right? Okay. So yes, if you guys can keep your mic muted, but camera on that would be most helpful, but I have some like wild exciting plans for us. In the next we're gonna do this in two sections. We're gonna do kind of like 2 45 minute sprints. The first one is gonna be a little bit of teaching, some group connection, and then the second part is gonna be live coaching. And I'm so excited to get started.
Speaker 1 (00:02:23):
Hi
Speaker 2 (00:02:24):
Lily. Hi Emily.
Speaker 2 (00:02:36):
Okay, let's do this so that we can give, I know some people are coming from day jobs and all sorts of things, but giving you so much credit for prioritizing yourself, your financial health. I know it's kind of can be a back burner thing, but giving you so much credit for making this party. Okay, so what I wanna do first so we can give people a little more time to come in is let's do connection first. So I would love to hear from you in the chat box. Can you guys access the chat box? I would love to start off by asking you the question like, why is now the time for you to work on your financial freedom at the next level? Right? I know for me, like when I created my Freedom Friend, it was actually like the worst possible time <laugh> because I didn't feel like I was like generating enough money to save. Like I felt like my life was super unstable. I was in the middle of a divorce, right? But sometimes like the worst time is the best time, if you know what I mean. <Laugh>, or same thing, like I started my business when I was like pregnant and quitting my job. Like, but I would love to hear for you in the chat box, why is now the time that you're ready to spend 90 days going all in on your financial health? Think about it and put it in the chat box.
Speaker 2 (00:03:45):
Oh, the poll. Did you? Is the, where's the poll showing up for everyone? Is it showing up for people?
Speaker 4 (00:03:52):
Oh my lord. I can't, it
Speaker 2 (00:03:59):
It, I think it's showing up for some people because I'm seeing responses. I'm seeing responses. It's okay. It's not ultra important. It was more just for fun. <Laugh> just questions on the freedom, fun part. Hi Rachel. Hi Tracy. Okay, so the question we're answering the chat box right now is taking a minute to ask yourself why is now the time in this moment in time, in this moment in history, in this moment of my life when I'm x years old, that it's time to create my 20 K freedom fund? Why is now the time? And the reason this question is so important is because is a part of the deciding, right? It's a part of you really deciding that I I am gonna do it. Now is the time for this. I love that Amy says it's because she wants to buy a car getting ready to launch a book. Lily, that's so exciting. Natalie is getting ready to do embryo adoption. So amazing. Jen says similar. It's the worst time. So it's the right time, right? Yes, I love that. Working on long-term wealth but really ready to go in all in on something on your own. Hi she,
Speaker 2 (00:05:31):
I love that question. Okay, so what I'm going to do, if this lets me let's see. I'm going to break you into breakout rooms and I know that this is vulnerable, but you can trust that like the heart center com. Like you guys are the most trustworthy girls on the internet. So what I want you to do is share your why. I want you to be able to say it out loud and I wish I could have all of you go around and do it, but since there's so many of us, I want you to be able to say in front of your sisters what your why is. Why is now the time for financial freedom? Bonus points if you have your affirmation, do you guys have your affirmation from the book? Whether it's I have 20 K in the bank, if you have that affirmation, bonus points for saying that out loud to them. Okay, it's just gonna be real quick. Lemme make sure I did this right. You'll have about one minute each to share your why is now the time, why is now the time? Hi Devin
Speaker 1 (00:09:09):
<Laugh>.
Speaker 2 (00:09:11):
So fun to see your, your beautiful house in the background. Of course <laugh>,
Speaker 5 (00:09:16):
I have it muted cuz I don't know my girls are gonna come blazing in any minute. <Laugh> probably naked and screaming
Speaker 2 (00:09:22):
Like even better, right?
Speaker 1 (00:09:24):
<Laugh>? Yes. I love that.
Speaker 2 (00:09:29):
Did you guys have time to share your I didn't never know. I'm like, did I give enough time? Too much time?
Speaker 1 (00:09:36):
Perfect. Everyone out.
Speaker 2 (00:09:41):
Whoop, I have some people in the waiting room too. Okay, beautiful. I wanna hear what it was like to share that out loud potentially with a stranger, right? Potentially you just confessed to a stranger your desire to have 20 K in the bank, right? Let me know in the chat act was what that was like. Was that lovely? Did you feel seen? Was that terrifying? Did it feel awful? But I think there's something special when we not just like declare something to ourselves, but we start to say it out loud. We start to own it. We start to like release any weirdness or shame around that. And think about this. If you have trouble doing that in front of like a safe human who's also working towards the same goal, right? Just think about how much harder it's gonna be <laugh> to manifest it, right?
Speaker 2 (00:10:27):
So I think that's part of the comfortability. So good CI says, I felt a little embarrassed but I felt good to just own it, right? Oh, I love that you were connected with someone else that was in a similar situation. So good. So I wanna keep connecting, right? Because I think one of the most important things you can do is surround yourself with like-minded women. And so in the chat box, I'm gonna put a link to the, the thread I started in the Facebook group. And I want you to drop your Instagram handle on this thread or however you want to be connected. You can put your cell phone number, I don't care. You guys can call each other vox each other, but I encourage you to go to the thread right now. I'm gonna give you a minute to do this and drop in your Instagram handle or whoever you like to connect and connect with each other.
Speaker 2 (00:11:17):
You know, or as I'm doing some live coaching at the end of this call, as someone shares their heart, if you're like, oh my gosh, I have that same struggle, private message them on Zoom. Do you guys know how to do a private message on Zoom? You basically can select their name in the chat box and you can message them. So if you see someone and you're really resonating with them, be like, it's kind of like dating, right? Like give them your phone number and be like, you know what I, it doesn't mean you have to be forever best friends, but you could just say like, Hey, let me know if you ever wanna do a zoom date, right? Or let me know if you want a box. And so I really encourage you to use this as a way to connect with other, like literally all of you are working on the same goal.
Speaker 2 (00:11:54):
And so connects beautiful. So yes, you can put in the chatbox. So I would highly recommend you going to that thread and dropping. Is that popping up for you guys? It should pop up for you. You can also find it after by going to my Facebook group. I'll put it as the pin post. Okay, that's it for connection. Just a little intro to me in case we haven't officially met before. Hi. Hi, my name is Anna Rapp and I am a mama to two owner of the Heart Centered Entrepreneur podcast and community business coach and mentor. And my business journey started in 2016, but I really feel like my journey to financial freedom started in 2019. And I feel like I'm kind of like just on the other side of the cusp of really creating major breakthrough. So I feel like now is the time to share it, right?
Speaker 2 (00:12:41):
So often we feel like we have to wait a long time, but now that I've been in business for a while, I learned that actually right after I do it is the best time to share it because I'm on the cusp of it. And so I hope that's a message to you guys too. If there's something recently in your life or business that you've accomplished, do not wait seven years to write the book. Do not wait seven years to write the course because it's actually most relevant, right? Like as I'm coaching you guys in the second half of this call, I'm gonna be really helpful because I just did it three years ago. So like, I get it, it's fresh on my heart, it's fresh on my mind, you know, so just as a bonus, let me know in the chat box what's something that you've recently been through or accomplished or experienced that you feel like, you know what, I probably should start sharing my story about this, right?
Speaker 2 (00:13:26):
Or maybe I'm not ready to like write the book, but I at least need to like, while it's fresh, right? I need to capture this right now, right? I need to capture this while I just accomplished this or overcame this thing. Okay, so we are gonna do live exercise, but I'm going to have you vote on it. So three of my favorite exercises from the book, I'm gonna share them on a poll right now. But I want you guys to tell me which one you most need breakthrough on and then I'll walk you through it. Okay? So the options are this should be popping up for you right now, right? How to save money while feeling expansive. So talking about trade-offs. Second option is how to create more time and energy because that's literally what we turn into money, right? And then the third one is talking about like the practical monthly money meeting. How to do that without it feeling like a drag because I honestly avoided budgeting like the plague. I still kind of do. And so take a minute to let me know which of these again, remember these are all in the book so you have access to it. But I wanna go deeper and do one of these with you in real time,
Speaker 2 (00:14:37):
In real time.
Speaker 1 (00:14:43):
Give you guys a second vote.
Speaker 2 (00:14:55):
Ah, it's almost a tie one and two, I feel like I'm watching horse race Well while that is going, let us know where you're tuning in from. Where in the world do you live in the chat box? I'd love to hear it. I think trade-offs might win you guys. I think trade-offs might win.
Speaker 2 (00:15:32):
I love that. I love seeing all your beautiful faces. Okay, so we're going with trade-offs. It's it that's happening. So I'm gonna read out loud that brief portion of the book and then I'm gonna go in a little bit deeper and then you guys are going to do that exercise with me even if you already did it. I recommend you do. I feel I'm kind of glad you picked this one. This is a really good one. <Laugh>. <laugh>. Okay, so do you see the results? I guess I can share the results with you. Okay, so when you choose to cut something on purpose, it won't feel like something negative you have to do. It'll feel like an empowering trade-off. You want to make, I talk to my clients about this all the time, right? There's no perfect anything. There's no perfect decision. But the goal is to pick the thing with the le the most upsides and the least downsides, right?
Speaker 2 (00:16:20):
I've made a lot of trade-offs in the past five years to build an abundance of cash flow. And what makes this easiest is three things. Knowing the things I don't want to cut personally that feel like luxury for me. Examples are my gym membership, my laundry service. Number two is knowing the things I'm willing to cut. For example, I live in a one bedroom apartment, right? Because in San Diego that saves me at least $1,500 a month. Number three, knowing my long-term financial goals that make the short-term sacrifices worth it. Okay? So initially it was my freedom fund, then it was saving for a house. So we're gonna talk about those three things for you, right? Do I want a new car? Yeah, I do. Am I gonna get a new car eventually? Yeah I am. Is it gonna be a BMW x-ray? Yes it is.
Speaker 2 (00:17:08):
But do I want the house more? Like did I want that 200 K for a house more than I want the B M w all day long? All day long, right? So it's not about de denying yourself, but allowing yourself to have those bigger long-term goals that you want and allowing yourself to have luxury on the way to your goal. Like I think this is what like Dave Ramsey doesn't talk about enough <laugh>, which is like, I think it's okay for you to have more version of success and luxury on the way to your bigger goals. So we're gonna dive into that. For me, luxury means living beneath my spending so I can have a peaceful overflow because the overflow feeling i'll, I'll do almost anything for the overflow feeling. And I think like three years ago when I started this journey, I remember praying and telling God, like I know I can figure out a way to make money feel different and more peaceful, but I don't really know how, like this is before I realized it was the freedom fund, right?
Speaker 2 (00:18:03):
But I know many of you are on that journey where you're like, something's off and I have a hunch that I can feel better with my money, but I'm not really sure how. And I'm a little nervous to dive in cuz like, what if I uncover something I don't like? And what I wanna say to you is like it's safe for you to dive in because it is a hundred percent possible for you to feel more peaceful, more aligned, better with your money than you ever have before, right? And you just need to be willing to dive in and start. Part of the solution might be the freedom fund, but it might be other things too, right? But you're not gonna figure that out until you just like dive headfirst in and just start trying stuff, right? Like, I think I told you like all the things that I tried that didn't work, but I'm glad that I did because they pointed me to the things that did work, right?
Speaker 2 (00:18:46):
And so I just wanna tell you, it is possible for you to find financial peace and happiness. But it may take 90 days of discomfort. You know what I mean? But that's like y you're uncomfortable right now with your money. So might as well be uncomfortable on the way to that growth, right? Okay. Okay. So let's dive into this deeper. Let's get into these three areas. Okay? So let's, first I want you guys to start brain dumping the things in your life that feel like a luxury that you don't wanna cut. These might be things you have or things that you don't even have yet but have kind of been dreaming of, right? And luxury is defined so different by everyone, right? But you are, you're gonna have a version of luxury, right? Yeah. Whatever that is to you. Maybe it's eating dinners out, right? Maybe it's being able to afford someone to clean the house, right? Maybe it's being able to buy a new book every month. Maybe you love reading and luxury is like a new book every week, right? What is that? And like, don't deny your heart of that luxury, right? Let me know in the chat box what that feels like for you. And there's no judgment, right?
Speaker 2 (00:20:01):
Are we in the chat box? Hi Janice. Hi Erica. What are the vacation gym membership? Tell me bold things. Tell me some of the luxuries that you have right now that you're not willing to cut. But tell me some of the luxuries you want that you don't have right now that you are wondering if you should give yourself permission to do. It's so important to get clear on these and I promise you you'll reach your freedom fund faster if you let yourself buy some luxuries, which sounds so weird, right? But I find that like when you have those things that you like and make you happy it's huge, right? What are some of those things that you're like, I'm not willing to cut that. Maybe Anna's willing live in a one bedroom apartment, but I sure as hell I'm not. Right? Like it doesn't have to be like we all have a different level of what that feels like, right?
Speaker 2 (00:21:07):
You don't wanna know how much I'm paying every month for dance classes right now. You know what I mean? Like, it's like we all have that day and I think for the longest time, like I didn't, I felt money, I felt so bad spending money on things that made me happy. You know what I mean? Like I spend so much of my life being like productive and efficient. My best friend Jessica always jokes like teases me about like being efficient, you know? But like I am so productive and so efficient and so streamlined that if weird to spend time or money on something that was just for me and just for my happiness. But I think it's like one of the biggest ways we can like smash the patriarchy is just by like spending money on our like pleasure and bliss. You know? Okay. Let me read some of your answers and you guys hopefully will be inspired by each other.
Speaker 2 (00:21:54):
Okay? I see a lot of vacation. Vacation, childcare, a hundred percent cleaning, cleaning more vacations. Okay, I'm seeing some themes. Spa membership. What's a spa membership? Does that mean that you get to go every single month for the same treatment? If so, yes. <Laugh> going out with your friends, right? So when you guys do the exercise of budgeting, making sure you budget that in, right? And knowing like these are the things I'm not willing to cut home decor. I love that one. Jenny going out for drinks. Exactly right? And when you guys add up how much these things actually cost, most of them aren't that expensive. Like going out for drinks, if you do that two times, it's not gonna cost you like $40 for the month. You know what I mean? Versus I talk about this in the book too. Like when we're talking about making $20,000.
Speaker 2 (00:22:50):
Yes, let's add like a little bit at a time, right? But ideally we're mostly working on cutting things that are gonna like be big cuts, right? And we're making money in a big way, right? You guys know I talked about 80% of creation energy, 20% of like cutting things back, right? So I guess it's funny that the training we picked today was like cutting back. But here we are. I love that. A new book each month. So good to get clear on these. Yes. Childcare a hundred percent. Okay, number two, what are some of the things that you are willing to cut? What are some of the things that you're, or that you're playing with? Just because you put in the chat box doesn't mean I'm gonna like come and make you cut it, right? This is just a brainstorm. But what are some things that you're wondering if you're like, maybe for 90 days I could go without X, Y, Z, right? I don't know. I can't, I'm not gonna skip going out with my friends, but you know what? Maybe I could skip this or that. Well, I'm just gonna give you 30 seconds of silence to see like what comes to your intuition.
Speaker 2 (00:23:55):
Is there anything you feel like that you may decide you want to
Speaker 6 (00:24:00):
Just make sure they're set up? Or
Speaker 2 (00:24:21):
Is there anything? Is there anything the Emily book, can I list my husband's splurges, <laugh>,
Speaker 2 (00:24:35):
I love it. Streaming services ideally too. We're cutting again, we're only cutting with 20% of our energy, right? With 80% of our energy we're creating new money with 20% we're cutting back and it's a win when the thing that we cut back also takes up time, right? Like maybe it's like a book club and you're feeling guilty about going to book club meetings anyway, right? Maybe it's like an online me membership or a J like I sometimes they go hand in hand, right? Where it's like not only was this a financial commitment, but this is actually a time commitment that I don't need for the next 90 days, right?
Speaker 2 (00:25:16):
And this can be a cut that you already make that you just wanna like give yourself a pat on the back for <laugh>. Or this can be a cut that you're feeling called to make in the next 90. I would just make it for the next 90 days too. Doesn't mean you have to like cut it forever. What's something you wanna cut back on? I'm a hundred percent not living in a one bedroom apartment forever. <Laugh>. But it feels really, and I think when you make a trade off with like a really mindful decision, it makes it feel like really exciting. Like it makes it feel like almost like an adventure, you know what I mean? Like you're doing it for your future self.
Speaker 2 (00:25:55):
Ooh, I love that meal planning. Like maybe you decide to like cut back on like buying new clothes or whatever, right? Then it can feel fun because you're like, okay, I've still good to go out with my friends every week, but I'm gonna like reuse an outfit and like be clever with that, right? Okay, so good. Last question is, what are your long-term financial goals that make your short-term sacrifices worth it? What are, ooh, do I have a poll for this? Hold on. No, I don't. What are your, so not just freedom fund, but ideally your freedom fund is like just the bare minimum you guys Freedom Fund is like we're creating a freedom so we can move on to our other financial goals, right? But what are those longer term financial goals? Whether it is a freedom fund, whether it is paying off your mortgage, whether it is bulking up your retirement, whether it is giving back, paying off debt. Like what are the things that you're like, this is kind of worth it, right? What are some of your financial goals? Have your own art studio. Ok, Sarah, I love that. Yes. Yes. Buying an RV and I, okay, let's just, I'll be quiet for a second and I would love to hear all of your guys' financial goals beyond the Freedom Fund.
Speaker 2 (00:28:05):
This wasn't the opening survey. 20% of you, I'll share this with you guys. 20% of you guys said after the Freedom Fund, you want to do a house 37 said debt payoff, which is such a reminder for those of you that have debt, right? Just a reminder that it's so normal and that you're not alone and you don't need to make yourself wrong for it, right? Literally 40% of you in here, most of you in here said that they, they have debt they need to conquer, right? And so just knowing that, so normal travel investing was 30%.
Speaker 2 (00:28:40):
I love that. Yes. Investing in real estate starting Airbnb, it can be useful to like quantify some of these two. Okay? So now that you guys wrote what you want after the Freedom Fund, gimme a ballpark amount of money that you feel like that would cost you put it in the chat box. Just guess if you don't know, bonus homework would be after this session to get clear on what that actually would cost you. Like that's part of manifesting it, right? You want it, but do you even know how much that will cost you, right? Like how much is it gonna cost you to travel? How much is it gonna invest cost you to invest in real estate? That down payment, right? How much would it cost you to start an Airbnb? Give me a guesstimate in the chat box. But afterwards, really pencil that down.
Speaker 2 (00:30:06):
There's nothing that makes me happier that seeing than seeing women write like large amounts of money. Like just ri like just seeing you guys write 1,000,400 K like just normalizing that for yourself. And being in a room where other women are talking about money, just like chef's kiss to that. Give me one word in the chat box with how that makes you feel. How does it make you feel to see numbers like that? 1,000,080 K, 400 K. Does that feel good? Does it feel weird? Happy? What's coming up for you? I'd love to hear it.
Speaker 2 (00:31:13):
All the feelings are okay. All you have to do is stay in the room. You know what I mean? And I mean that metaphorically right now on Zoom. But I mean like, like just even, even if we feel harder uncomfortable things, like just stay with it. And in your journey of 90 days of taking action to create your 20 K freedom fund, you're gonna have some days where you're like, this is the best you're gonna have other days where you're like, this is awful. Why am I doing like still to this day on my goals, I have days where I'm like, I'm gonna do this. I am awesome wearing my crown. Other days I'm like, this is the worst thing ever. Why did I wanna do this? This is never gonna happen. Like, just normalizing all of that is okay, right?
Speaker 2 (00:31:57):
I love that. You guys did great on that exercise. You guys did really well. Okay, next, after the exercise, I wanna go over the two most important action steps from the book. Cause I know sometimes when we read a book it can be hard to integrate it. And so just a quick recap of the two most important things from the book in case you didn't read it, or in case you like sped Reddit, right? Which I cannot believe that 105 of you guys finished. Like give yourself a pat on the back. Like you guys like crushed that. And can I just tell you, if you ever write a book, you have to do what I did and like build a, a support around it because there's no way I would've finished the book without you guys. Literally, I knew that you were waiting and that's why I stayed up till like 3:00 AM three nights in a row before like, and I even like worked on it before.
Speaker 2 (00:32:46):
But like, there's something about knowing that your community is waiting for you with love. And so I just wanna say thank you from the bo Like I literally would not have finished it if you were not there waiting for me. And so thank you so much for your support. Like <laugh> means, it means the absolute world. I'm so thankful for you and I feel like we get to do this together, right? It's probably gonna release officially in like February of next year. And so I'll try to give you guys like little updates, but like we'll have the like cover design and like, and I just feel like I didn't have to do this alone. And so just thank you. Gonna do some fun bonuses, some fun giveaways. So thank you guys in a second. But first, the biggest two action steps are number one, getting $20 in your Freedom Fund account.
Speaker 2 (00:33:26):
In the poll you filled out when you first came in the Zoom room, 80% of you said that you've done that. 20% of you said that you haven't yet. No problem. But if you're that 20%, what I need you to do in the chat box right now is tell me what date you are going to do this by. Because all of this is irrelevant if you don't have that container started. Okay? And if you have, like, maybe you live in a different country and it's hard to open the, like, if you have a block around it, I can coach you around that, right? But let me know in the chat box either with a yes, if you're one of the 80% that has it done, you have your 20 K in a separate bank account and you're ready to go. Not 20 k, $20 <laugh>, those a Freudian slip, it's gonna be 20 K in just a few months, right? <Laugh>. But if you don't tell me in the chat box the date by which you will, I'm saying that funny, have it done. Okay? Does that make sense?
Speaker 2 (00:34:29):
Nothing like a deadline, right? And you guys know this, if you're in business, that's one of the big biggest blessings of a coach is like, it forces you to create deadlines for yourself. Otherwise, it's like, so in, even if you don't own a business, if you're creating a freedom fund, you're, you're, you're the c e o of your own thing. Like you're gonna have to start creating your own structure. And one way you can do that is through a coach. Like right now I'm telling you like, when are you gonna do your freedom fund bite, right? But it's remembering you have to put in some of that structure to make your goals happen or you know, what's gonna replace that? Everything else in your life that's urgent, like your boss and your kids and your house root. Like you have to, as women, we have to create our own structure, our own accountability.
Speaker 2 (00:35:12):
And I hear women say like, Anna, how do you stay motivated? You know, like, how do you, like I'm not right. I just literally all the time higher accountability and coaches that are like, Anna, have you done that yet? Right? Or like, have you guys as the book club being like, Anna, where's the book? Do you have the book? You know, like it's a, you don't have to be motivated. You don't, you know, one of my favorite affirmations is like, I can make money when I'm in a bad mood. Like we don't have to be perfect, we just have to set ourself up with structures to succeed. Right? Okay. Did you guys gimme dates? Gimme dates, gimme a date. Okay, good. November 30. Exactly. Perfect. Gimme a date. November 30. That's kind of long you guys, what about like November 20? Can we like negotiate?
Speaker 2 (00:35:55):
What about like a November 20? How do we feel about that? There's still plenty of time, right? Okay, second action. That's so, so, so important, okay? Is doing the daily check-in. So this is one of my surprises to you is I'm actually going to, for the next seven days, do the check-in with you. I want you to do the daily check-in. I'm gonna post the link in a second. My 10 minute mindset exercise that I developed after working with hundreds of clients, I use it on myself. This 10 minute daily check-in is going to be key to you actually staying focused on your goal for 90 days. Otherwise, I honestly dunno how you're gonna make this happen, right? So for the next, I'm not gonna do this with you for the next 90 days, but for the next seven days, I'm going to check in with you every weekday at noon, p s t, okay?
Speaker 2 (00:36:42):
Real talk. I don't do my mindset work on the weekends <laugh>, but I do my mindset work every weekday, okay? So at noon p s t in the Facebook group for the next seven days, I'm gonna do the daily check-in with you. And even if you're not free during that time, I recommend when you are free going to that thread and checking in with us. Because again, I don't just want you to read the book. I want you to start taking action, okay? <Laugh> and how you're gonna do that, let me know in the chat box if you're gonna commit to seven days of doing the daily check-in. I didn't pull the link, I'll put it in here in a second, right? But it's basically, I do my daily ch tell me where you do your, it's basically a little journaling exercise, right? Where I'm kind of encompassing the whole book on like in 10 minutes, right?
Speaker 2 (00:37:31):
Like we, I hit all of the manifestation process, but we're doing it every day. Gratitudes affirming priorities, all that stuff, right? And it's very scientific, but it's very fun <laugh>. And so I really cannot encourage you enough to do that for 90 days and not just for the 90 days of your freedom fund. But then once you work on your next goal, like this habit is the, like, if you only leave this call with one thing, right? Like I think it's, people know like we need to maintain our bodies so we go to the gym, right? We need to maintain our cars. So we take it to the mechanic, but do we maintain our mind as women, right? And the biggest way that we maintain our mind is with daily mindset work. And this is my favorite type of mindset work. So I'm suggesting that you try it.
Speaker 2 (00:38:15):
And I would love to see you commit to that again because even when you accomplish one goal, then you have this practice in place for your next goal. Does that make sense? So noon, p s t in the Facebook group, if you guys aren't in the Facebook group, I will I'll put the link to that again and I'm just gonna go live really quick at noon, p s d every day. So bonus points, if you can join me alive, I'm gonna walk you through, especially if you've never done that, I'm gonna walk you through it in detail. And then my hope is that after I do that with you for seven days, you're gonna be like, oh, this is great, this is fun. And then you can do it for 90. Okay? You can do it on a piece of paper, you can do it on a Google doc. I do it on a Google doc. Tell me in the chat box if you prefer to journal on paper or, or in a Google doc. I really wish I liked pa like I feel like scientifically they say that like writing things on paper is better you guys. So do that if you can, but I just like, I think too fast. Okay? <Laugh>
Speaker 2 (00:39:13):
Your rocket book. What's a rocket
Speaker 7 (00:39:16):
Book?
Speaker 2 (00:39:20):
Looks epic. Tracy, unmute yourself and tell us about this rocket book.
Speaker 7 (00:39:24):
It is my favorite tool or resource for anything. It's like a normal notebook. So you can write hand to paper, but then there is a scan, a QR code so you can scan it into your computer in folders on your Google drive. <Laugh>,
Speaker 2 (00:39:42):
This just sounds magic. Can you, in the Facebook group freedom fun thread, can you put a link to it?
Speaker 7 (00:39:47):
Sure.
Speaker 2 (00:39:49):
I yes we can all out. Maybe that's a luxury that we need you guys <laugh>. Hmm.
Speaker 2 (00:40:02):
Okay. So please, please make sure that you do that because that is the way that you're going to start affirming every day, right? That's the the way that you're gonna get clear on your actions, right? It's not gonna all happen in one day creating 20 k, right? It's gonna happen over a consistent amount of time. You really taking action to make that happen. And you're gonna notice that your brain is gonna start thinking differently when you wrap your mind around one goal for 90 days. And the cool thing is then once you see it happen, you feel unstoppable cuz you're like, wow, I just created that. Now I can go create the next thing, right
